  • scrape the front of chest
  • arm behind back
  • scrape for 30 seconds
  • optional: progress with biceps flexed and elbows at 90 degrees
Trapezius Muscles
  • flex neck away from the side to treat
  • scrape from the base of skull to tip of shoulder
  • scrape for 30 seconds
Latissimus Dorsi
  • arm behind head
  • use either side of the tool
  • scrape for 30 seconds
