Tibialis Anterior
  • use the concave edge
  • scrape the front/outside edge of leg
  • scrape for 30 seconds
Active Stretch
  • use strokes down towards the ankle
  • use long, slow strokes
  • point toes as you scrape
  • scrape for 10 to 20 strokes
